This trap features a heavier dog with night latch and a zinc plated bolt with nylon lock nut to keep your pan tension where you want it catch after catch. Includes upgraded swivel and J-Hooks, added a "spring keeper" to keep the 4-coil springs where they belong, and placed a steel spacer between the pan posts to allow you to tighten the pan tension to your desired level.
Excellent for beaver, coyote, wolf, bobcat, otter, and mountain lion
Description of Offset Jaws: offset jaws have a slight gap in the jaws. This allows the spring levers to close further when the animal is caught to create more holding power.
